Our inaugural guest speaker, Sarah Furness, is a veteran combat helicopter pilot with over 20 years of experience in the RAF. Sarah's impressive career includes tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan, and she holds the distinction of being the first female helicopter pilot to fly an active special forces mission. After leaving the RAF in 2021, Sarah has dedicated herself to mindfulness and wellbeing as a professional coach and bestselling author.

At the event, Sarah shared her insights on performing under pressure. She discussed the importance of omni-tasking, creating a culture of self-belief, and the value of learning from mistakes.
